Each plaster piece is hand-poured using Plaster of Paris. Minor bubbles or slight variations are normal and part of the handmade charm.

These are fragile items. We package carefully, but in rare cases breakage may occur during shipping.
If items arrive damaged:

Replacement pieces require 4 days to cure before shipping.
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of these kits, items are non-refundable, but we always make it right if something arrives damaged.
