Shipping policy

All items are handmade and made to order. Processing time depends on the size of your order:

• 20–40 items: 4–5 days

• 50–75 items: about 1 week

• Larger orders: Please contact me before ordering so I can confirm timing

Processing time is before shipping. Upgrading your shipping method does not speed up processing time. All orders are completed in the order they are received to ensure fairness.

Once your package is picked up by the carrier, it is no longer within our control. Snazzy Dazzy Crayons is not responsible for:

• Packages marked as “delivered”

• Delays caused by weather or carrier issues

• Lost packages in transit

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. All orders ship to the address entered at checkout for both buyer and seller protection.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, I am happy to re‑ship it — additional shipping fees will apply. Returned packages are not eligible for refunds.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. I have access to the same tracking updates you see.

For chalk items or fragile pieces, I recommend ordering 1–2 extras if you need them by a specific date. Replacement items require additional production time.
