Large orders: Please order 1–2 weeks in advance of your event
Handmade with Plaster of Paris: Some pieces may have minor air bubbles or slight discolorations — this is normal for handmade items
Fragile: We package with care, but sometimes breakage may occur in transit.
Replacements: If anything arrives broken, we’ll gladly replace or refund — just send a photo
